As I prepare for my Mindfulness for Fertility Workshop, I’m thinking about what little tidbits I can share with people that will make the biggest impact in the least amount of time.
I’m finding that one of the most important parts of mothering is taking care of myself. At first, I felt really bad that I would eat before my baby. But I HAD to. If I didn’t eat, there was no mommy milk. So, this is about mothering, eating, and self-care.
